I have been on a flan kick for the past week, so dinner tonight was a bowl of flan (yes, I am now making it in bowls instead of ramekins). It is so good.
It looks like I am doing Chinese food, I have bok choy in the fridge, left over pork and snow peas. All I have to do is take a couple of egg rolls out of the freezer and do some rice.
Last night's pork loin off the grill was awesome. I have to find a rotisserie basket for veggies!
Breaded chicken breasts, corn muffins with corn and cheese, collard greens. Mini apple pie if fancy strikes me.
