Tonight: Saltgrass prime rib (with au jus and horseradish), tortilla soup, seafood fondeaux, cheese toast, and a smoky, cheesy macaroni with bread crumbs.
Grilled mahi mahi with a garlic-sea salt sauce, lemony rice with scallions, steamed broccoli, and toasted garlic bread. Dessert is angel food cake topped with vanilla ice cream and blueberries.
Grilled salmon with a lime garlic butter sauce, garlic smashed potatoes, and a salad of baby spinach, tomatoes and feta. A crusty loaf of French bread and a glass of wine.
It's a cod kinda day here at what's for dinner! Not for me, though. I had take-away - gyro salad with some tzatziki for dressing. Good company over at a friends house too
