Panko-breaded chicken breast, baked potato, and a salad. Fresh strawberries from our Amish friends for dessert.

OMG stuffed myself with all kinds of junk today and tonite.

White fish with green beans and brown rice, half bag of chips, half bag of tortilla chips with salsa verde, pack of four cinnamon rolls, and diet vanilla coke.

This after eating shrimp diablo burrito in the morning.

We are having grilled Sockeye salmon, corn on the cob and vegetable salad but I am not sure what vegetables. I didn't get to the farmers market yesterday due to the rain so will hit another one after church and see what they have today.

I put some country style ribs in the crock pot with some Rufus Teague whiskey maple BBQ sauce.
Another thread put the idea of onion rings into my head. I talked the husband into making a batch for dinner.
I will also steam some broccoli and dress with soy sauce, honey and a little grated ginger.

Another pub carvery this afternoon, courtesy of Toby Carvery, Bromsgrove.

Roast turkey, and all the trimmings, followed by a rather excellent "Honeycomb Explosion" dessert.

Then an hour in the beer garden drinking ice diet Coke and the odd glass of wine in the afternoon sun.

Fab!
