Daughter asked if I remembered the Chicken and Potato casserole that was spicy when Grandma Joyce was visiting - and I said OMG yes - I used a hot sauce that I didn't realize was SOOOO hot and it was almost not edible.
She wants it tonight - but instead of the 6 TBSP of Hot sauce - since I'm halving the recipe since there is only 2 of us right now I am going to use the Green Tabasco and maybe just 2 TBSP.
It is called Loaded Baked Potato and Chicken Casserole. We will have a tossed salad with it.
Grilling out under the tree shade today, it was still hot though. I'm off until friday, so I took to the grill. Yall are welcome to stop by for some ribs and chicken, potato salad and corn on the cob, and a cold beer.
Holy carp that looks good! I had a piece of chicken breast from the freezer and some brussels sprouts.
