Tonight keema naan ,cucumber/mint raita,lime pickles,ghee, a platter with onion rings,tomato,cucumber,celery,turnip,red radish slices and lassi to drink. For dessert mangoes.
Good ol' Southern Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing (loaded with onion, carrots, celery and broccoli, so I am calling that the "veggie"!)

puginabug: Basically, there is nothing they can do except watch the scar tissue near the heart so it doesn't turn into a situation where I would need medication. One of the symptoms I had was feeling like I was going to pass out after working out and I just thought I was pushing myself too hard, but I wasn't getting enough oxygen and I was forcing my heart to work harder.

that there was scar tissue on my lungs and near my heart from past radiation treatments. While that
doesn't sound like it would be good - it beats having lung cancer! I'm so happy I started a big ole pot
of seafood gumbo last night and I'm making Hurricanes tonight for my family - I wish you could all be
there.
