Eating out tonight. Probably opting for Japanese for a change. Chicken Katsu, is on my radar.

Last night's dinner:

Chuck Steak smothered with root vegetables and tomatoes
Mashed Potatoes
Tomato and cucumber salad
Mangos and oranges.


Tonight's dinner:

Pozole
Mixed vegetables
Cherries

Tomorrow's dinner

Scrambled eggs
Cheesy Grits with bacon
Hash browns
Vegetable to be determined.

Not sure for today as i ran out of gas for my grill. Probably take a ride out, refill and grab a couple lobsters. At 5.99 a pound i'll take it and cook on the grill tomorrow. Enjoy your weekend all!

Had a fundraiser for special Olympics
Today- cooked free burgers and hot dogs
For a donation- the people were awesome!!

I will have a quiet night of fishing
With a couple molsons and a roast beef sandwich
