Slow roasted two beautiful corned beef briskets on Saturday. Tonight will be salads and Reuben sandwiches. Made three tubs of corned beef hash, too.

Didn't get to make the cucumber salad yet, so I want to do it this afternoon finally. I'd like to have it, along with cheese and crackers, some olives, some salami (I think there's still some in the lunchmeat drawer), some ham - that type of thing - and just graze through dinner. Hotel Hell is on tonight, and I love that show. So it's either that, or the sausage gravy I'm thawing to go with biscuits (but that could wait until tomorrow...)

Don't know what husband is having. Don't care. He's being mean to me today, so PLBBBBBB on him.

Lentil salad as "main attraction" - wilted radicchio on the side. Not too exciting, but flavorful - and I'm trying to keep the kitchen cool. I need a third "thing" ... hmmm ...

I can't rep you yet. I am so jealous. I would gladly trade you!

Spaghetti and meatballs. I think I have half a loaf of Italian bread in the freezer I can throw in the oven.
