My family loves this dish so tonight we have salmon curry with saffron rice and lassi. For dessert mango kulfi Indian ice cream my sister in law made.

Sounds exactly like chipped beef, only with tuna instead of the Buddig Beef I use. Kind of like the guts of Tuna Casserole if you made it from scratch without the cans of soup, the noodles, peas, cheese, or the potato chips. A medium to thick béchamel with onions and tuna, salt and pepper. I would think it would be really good on toast. A simple change from chipped beef/SOS. Am I close, AngID?

tonight -- pork chops in cream of mushroom soup, with vidalia onions (my grandmother's recipe)
and white acre peas with diced ham

yesterday -- shrimp and grits for brunch, shrimp cocktail and boiled peanuts for dinner

this past weekend -- lasagna bolognese
