Basically it's pot roast (very basically - very VERY basically.) It comes from up by the shoulder I believe. There's a little diagram of a cow here that shows it. Or, the cow it came from's name was Charles. You decide which explanation is better - that's what I usually do.

Thank you! I am seeing improvements every couple of days. In three weeks, I should be full weight-bearing, barring any issues.

Adding in my good wishes to get well soon! I hate not being able to be mobile - I did it myself earlier this year. It was truly sucky-squared, for lack of a better term!

Gracious! Some of ya'll make me seem lazy! This time of year I HATE to heat up the house. SO...it will be a salad with some fajita seasoned chicken & a slice of zuchini bread (from local Mennonite bakery).
