MIL is not doing well today - as a matter of fact, she fell in the kitchen right after dinner - and so we ordered salad, pizza, and dessert. It was totally worth it.

Don't worry; I doubt she got hurt. She's tougher than she looks. DH is picking her up as we speak.

Hope she is fine.

Back to 2 meals. Hubby is having his favorite sausage and peppers with pasta. I am having boneless pork ribs with coleslaw and fresh green beans. Peaches are chilling for later. I wish I had some ice cream

Take out Pizza from this place - Rise Pies | Handcrafted Pizza

And I made a big tossed salad with Romaine lettuce hearts, chopped local tomatoes, cucumber, green onion, shredded carrots and red cabbage, sliced radishes and goat cheese crumbles. Simple oil and vinegar dressing.

Rise Pies is AWESOME! If anyone needs gluten free pizza - they have it. They also have regular pizza with conventional and creative toppings.

Yes they have meat, and I am sure it's good, but they also have many pizza toppings for Vegans, Vegetarians and Pescatarians, - for everyone really.

They are a small chain (but I didn't know that until recently. It doesn't seem "chainy") with locations in the following states - Ohio, Colorado, Florida, Michigan and Georgia.

And no, I'm not on the pay roll, but they custom make each pizza to order. Everything is good and fresh.

Enjoying Pizza from Rise on my screened in porch, while having a beer.

Wow. We just got a Rise Pies, so I will need to try it soon.

Tonight, I made a chicken concoction with mushrooms, onion and garlic over noodles, with Italian green beans. I wanted something sweet, so I had a Chobani Flip with caramel and chocolate and pretzel, and it was awesome.
