Rotisserie chicken, garlic smashed potatoes*, and something green.

*I wanted to make Crash Hot Potatoes but can't bring myself to turn the oven on that high.

Shake and bake chicken wings with hot pepper, salad and beer.

Must be a chicken night! We had wings, Spanish rice, corn on the cob, tomatoes and cucumbers with red onions. Maybe Blue Bell vanilla in a little while.

In addition, some additional flour tortillas slathered with Country Crock butter.
