Tonight we have eggplant curry with cilantro chapatis,homemade plain yogurt,tomato/onion salad and lassi. For dessert a Bartlett pear they are at the moment so juicy and sweet

I am saving this recipe. When the eggplants look good at the farmstand I'll attempt it. Thanks Almra!

Tonight I will take the leftover meatballs from two nights ago and make toasted meatball subs with lots of fresh, gooey mozzarella melted on top.

Me - beer brats. Husband - Italian sausage. Both of us - either potato salad (just regular) or maybe a vinegar based cole slaw. Have to go out today, so we'll pick up the rolls for them at the bakery. Hmmm - or maybe I'll get the pre-made Rosen's ones - those are great for pizza bread after the sausages are eaten up! We could have that tomorrow for dinner...

Oh boy - I think I might be developing some kind of - what do you call it - a PLAN? - here... Pretty scary - that's SO not me!

bought a costco rotisserie chicken yesterday so I'm making chicken salad with walnuts and green grapes to serve on their wonderful croissants.
sliced tomatoes we are still harvesting from the garden
costco cookies and ice cream

My wife is cooking up her best beef stew tonight: chuck steak, potatoes, beef stock, carrots, onions + celery. It's in the slow cooker now. When we get home tonight, it will be delicious!
