Just me tonight. Husband left for a business trip, and the kids have plans, so I made myself a huge salad with Romaine heats, pan-fried tempeh slices, Campari tomatoes, chopped carrots, cannelini beans, and a creamy tahini dressing

The kebabs I had planned for yesterday. We had happy hour on the patio in the sun with a platter of fingerfood and lots of wine instead. If half of the yard plans we came up with will turn into reality it will have been one of the most expensive dinners ever

Happy Birthday, Mr. no kudzu!

Tonight is a gorgeous 2 lb. Porterhouse on the grill (we split it - I get the filet, he wants the strip), baked potatoes, sauteed mushrooms, sauteed onions, some kind of vegetable I haven't decided on yet, and biscuits.

Can't wait!
