ended up having tacos last night: too busy to make potato salad, so tonight it's potato salad and veggie burgers even though I will be out all afternoon and part of this am. I will do the salad before I leave this am. This should be our last warm day of the season; potato salad goes with warm days.

Last night's pear and gorgonzola salad. I served it with a honey mustard dressing.

Tonight I am grilling a pork tenderloin roast I have marinating in a very garlicy mojo mix. Making twice baked potatoes and roasted asparagus to go with it.
