Sort of a seafood night: Bayou crab chowder, shrimp fritters and a garden salad, Malibu Rum with a dash of pineapple and cranberry juice.

trying to make room in our freezers for a trip to Costco. I found something unlabeled and wrapped up in foil. I have no idea what it is or how long it has been in there. (what idiot didn't label something for the freezer??) In any event I am thawing it now and we are having it for supper. I hope it is lasagna!

Sloppy Joes. Polish-American style. Lots of onions, some green peppers, a tish of garlic, half a small can of tomato sauce, dash of ketchup, small dash of mustard at the end, a dash of pepper flakes, no chili powder or sugar (mech), served with chopped raw onions, lots of (name brand only) mustard, on a hot dog bun (sans hot dog). Yum! I can eat 10 of them.

Everybody's dinners sound amazing tonight. I've tried repping ya'll, but I can't yet. My DS is going thru yet another med change, and both of us are running on little to no sleep. I'm going to throw together a meatloaf and have potatoes and buttered corn.
