Au poivre burgers with a cognac glaze and topped with the leftover piperade veggies, leftover saffron rice, leftover lima beans, and warm garlic bread sticks. In other words, mostly leftovers.

Spicy jerk chicken, black beans, rice, and sweet fried plantain. Oh and sour cream. Such a great combo!

Well, this morning I was going to use up the leftover baked spaghetti squash in this dish, but I ended up eating leftovers from last night. So I made the baked eggs for dinner tonight. They were great! I love when that happens. The better half and kids also had reheated whole grain waffles we made yesterday for breakfast and mixed berries. The raspberries and blueberries I'm finding at the market have been really good lately.

Everyone's dinners sound great. I had Pizza Rolls, and they were as awful/depressing as you would expect, lol! I drove 6 hrs home from the hospital in Atlanta today and that's all I had the energy to make.
