Not something we do often,but we are going out for breakfast. We want to hit the farmers market early so we can get someone canning tomatoes so going to breakfast is a natural thing to do. We have a favorite hole in the wall place that is in a small town just west of us: good breakfast, cheap price.

Smoke the salmon and add to scramble eggs with some goat cheese
