What is winter tea?

I am eating my usual warm weather breakfast: Quaker Oatmeal Quakers (brown sugar flavored) with skim milk & a sprinkling of cinnamon as well as a cup of dark chocolate almond milk

Winter tea is black tea with spices (clove, cinnamon, allspice) and dried orange peel. It is similar to Chai tea but much less spicy/milder in taste but still a warming tea. You can diy any black tea add dried orange peel and spices, try out small batches with different amount of spices/peels until you find the mix you like in taste.
Instead of orange peel try lemon peel or lime peel. Or a mix of these.

After church we will have our favorite once every month or so breakfast: Home made lox and bagels withour Sunday morning Bloody Mary.. The lox have been curing for a couple of days: They are better when they cure longer but I forgot to take the salmon out of the freezer in time.

Thanks for the explanation. I am not a great fan of Chai tea, so I think I will pass.

Meanwhile, a regular warm weather breakfast: Quaker Oatmeal Quakers (brown sugar flavored) with skim milk & a sprinkling of cinnamon as well as a cup of dark chocolate almond milk
