As typical for us, during Winter in the Pandemic, we ate our Sunday breakfast late. So, it is brunch!
Today we had a vegan tofu Scramble with red pepper, onion and serrano pepper. Also a Swiss potato rosti with vegan mozzarella cheese on top, a slice of wholegrain wheat toast and plenty of hot Sumatran coffee. I love Sundays!
