I diced my last portobello cap and sauteed it in butter. Poured a scrambled egg over it and added some crumbled blue cheese. Let the cheese get all melty, dash of tabasco and washer down an Irish coffee. Not Bailey's irish, just a wee dram of whiskey.
Tried making a fruit bowl - I couldn't get the dragonfruit blend consistent as I wanted it.
Dumped the dragonfruit, yogurt, granola, Nutella, mango, pineapple, strawberries, and a fresh banana and blended it all up. Ate the rest of the Greek yogurt with some Turkey sausage.
