Pork loin soft tortillas with bleu cheese!

Well, that's what I just had from a sampling of the loin I cooked late Friday night. Sliced it up and baggied it for the ice box, then had two more tortillas with the scraps on the cutting board.

I don't think I've cooked any meat before that has been smeared with olive oil and spices (flour yes, however); it's a wonderful effect. I'll have to look into that more in the future; really speeds up the consumption of the expensive olive oil, though.
