Since I’m supposed to cut down on carbs, I had Ezekiel English muffins with raisins. Low in carbs and calories. It wasn’t bad, but sort of like if you baked up the sweepings of a chicken yard and threw in some raisins. I know raisins have a lot of sugar, but they would have been inedible without them.
Oatmeal with a bit of skim milk, sugar & cinnamon together with a cup of dark chocolate almond milk
