A home made egg white, egg McMuffin. One Thomas's English muffin, one fried egg white, one slice of American Cheese and one piece of Ham (today I used two strips of turkey bacon). Toast muffin until golden brown, and crisp, butter each side, fry egg, melt cheese on egg. Microwave turkey bacon. It was great!
