a spoonful of raw honey for my sore throat, a cup of barley tea, then my coffee with cream, a bite of last night's left over supper (cold noodles)...
headed to Costco though so there will be plenty of samples to round out my meal

We always keep Corn Flakes and Cheerios on hand, concurrently. Sometimes, we even keep a 3rd cereal - Raisin Bran, All Bran or Kashi. Just had a taste for something different this morning.

Going big this AM as I skipped dinner last nite watching the WS - snacked on a few things vs a legit dinner

I am about to have some bacon (4-5pc ) and eggs. Most likely going 3 egg cheese omelet.
Sure to have some raw baby spinach and baby carrots on the side.
