substituting my 'regular' ^^^ (minus the OJ, Coffee, & Vitamins)

For a veggie omelet today. with Mex cheese combo.

I eat breakfast at lunchtime (fast between 6PM and noon)

That schedule improved my 'old-age' blood count numbers.

Now if I could only find a 50m lap pool for 8am - noon.

Had my eggs yesterday because the Pyrex measuring cups were in the dish washer yesterday and I had nothing to microwave cook the oatmeal.

I need to eat breakfast at home because it is cheaper, hardly any restaurants are open in this town before 11 AM, and for those that are open, from a greasy spoon to the pancake house to fast food, I think I would rather go without first.

As far as coffee goes, I generally have it unless I am on the pistol range that day. I make it at home because the office when to the K cup and I refuse to contribute to that plastic problem.

As far as the 50m pool, I am in a wet suit 3 times a week and I can generally get in 100 yards in a wet suit before I start class.
