Just had to splurge this morning. Stopped at Waffle House for a plain waffle, sausage, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and hot coffee.

Had one of my favorites today, an Orange Sweet Potato Smoothie!
It's got almond milk, flax seeds, nut butter, a large roasted sweet potato, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, an orange and a frozen banana.
