Lol I could totally do that with some blueberries and honey on top.

I usually don't consume a lot of soy, but once in a great while I do this for breakfast and had it this morning:

1/2 block of extra firm tofu blended with a banana and pure cocoa powder and maple syrup. It makes a thick sort of high protein pudding, fudge like consistency and not too sweet.

Today's breakfast was sweet potato orange smoothies, with an oven roasted sweet potato, navel orange, almond milk, frozen banana, chia seeds, a dollup of peanut butter, ginger, turmeric and cinnamon. Also a big steaming mug of cold-brewed Sumatran coffee.
