Apple Jacks and a glass of really cold milk.


Yes, I went a little crazy at the grocery store the other day - I purchased Apple Jacks - usually I only have Froot Loops and Frosted Flakes sitting around. My husband wasn't quite sure what to make of it, as I tend to be a creature of habit. He did comment that he was glad I had a Dr. appointment coming up soon and to make sure I mentioned it to her...again, he thinks he's funny. Me, not so much.

I had large steel oats with cinnamon,flax seeds,bran,roasted almonds,banana slices,2% warmed milk and 2 cups jasmine green tea
