We had a late breakfast for us so when that happens... it's brunch!
In any case brunch was Vegan Breakfast Tacos. The tacos included beans, that were cooked to be hot and sweet with spices, maple syrup and cayenne. The "eggs" were made from tofu, onion, green pepper, serrano pepper, almond milk, nutritional yeast, herbs and spices. Served with hot corn tortillas, tomato, avocado, cilantro and Sriracha. Mighty fine and had 2 cups of espresso too!

Typical Sat morning: eggs, toast, meat, potatoes and juice. Nothing at all exciting but always good.
