This may look weird, but I swear it's so good! Whole grain, chewy, crunchy toast, topped with real butter, a boiled egg, fresh basil, salt and pepper, and your favorite hot sauce. Yummy!

I had a toasted sesame bagel with mixed cinnamon and honey,1/2 a pink grapefruit and 2 cups jasmine green tea
