Hubby just put two eggs on to poach in the leftover shakshuka sauce. We'll be eating it on toasted olive bread. I'm hoping it tastes as awesome as it did last evening.

Boring breakfast this morning. Grabbed a frosted chocolate brownie I got yesterday from the bakery. Good fuel for my around the block run I'm about to do.

This morning at Old West Café in Bedford, TX, I had two eggs over medium, sausage patties, biscuits, fried potatoes, and coffee with hazelnut cream.

Looks like production on my blueberry bush is winding down, but still plenty of fresh berries for blueberry buttermilk pancakes tomorrow. One of the toppings will be some strawberries I just picked. Nom! I only wish I had some whipped cream, but I used it all to make my butter. Oh well, next weekend.
