One egg, scrambled then fried with two crispy fried slices of spam, 1/2 slice Swiss cheese drizzle of ketchup between two slices seeded rye bread, toasted. Cuppa Joe with maple syrup from the backyard and cream from the local dairy farm.

It's been too long since I had a bowl of cereal, so today I had a bowl of cranberry crunch with whole milk. It was pretty good so I had another. Then I checked the calories ; 210 per cup. I had two. That makes 420 calories just for breakfast. Looks like I'm skipping lunch today.

I guess not eggs anymore if they are running over $5 a dozen now. Love these WEF engineered food shortages good times!

For a cheap breakfast that is not loaded with carbs, I guess it is time to turn to either peanut butter- although most brands have lots of sugar added...or canned tuna. Maybe a tuna/avocado combo somehow...avocados have actually come back down in price. Also, there is a school of thought out there that avocados are a great weapon in weight loss, BECAUSE they are high fat low carb!
