Today:

Grits cooked in salted water,
...a dab of better added into the pot.

Spam diced and cooked over low heat,
...a dab of butter added to the pan
...and two eggs scrambled in.

All transfered to a Corningware Cup that holds the heat in
...spiced with black pepper!

A single slice of whole wheat toast.

Starbucks Frappuccino to wash it all down.

Half a toasted bagel topped with Trader Joe's cookie butter
3 sausage links

Lemon water

Oatmeal with strawberries, bananas & blueberries, buttered toast and coffee.

diced up leftover bottom round roast beef, red bell pepper, hot pepper ring from a jar, onion, potato, fried in a little butter and veggie oil. a tad of Lowry's seasoned Salt.

It made a lovely hash...
Fried egg on top with a slice of toasted Sourdough bread.

Glass of V-8 juice with a squeeze of key lime and a dash of Tobasco.
cuppa coffee.

Will skip lunch, cuz it is Chicken Cacciatore for dinner.

Bacon was on sale so I actually cooked bacon for the first time in months, along with two eggs sunnyside up, English muffin with apricot jam and coffee. I got one of those copper pans you see on those tv infomercial things, it actually works. Gosh that was good.
