This morning I had a Thomas light English Muffin toasted with Smuckers peanut butter for spread and a banana with water to drink.

The muffin alone is 100 calories, 8 grams of dietary fiber and 5 grams of protein. Smuckers peanut butter is the best peanut butter on the shelves and it has 8 grams of protein per serving. Probably had around 20 grams of protein for breakfast lol. Been doing this same thing all week and it certainly boosts my energy aftr waking up.
