Hubs and I split an order of French Toast from the local diner. The toast was less than memorable but the coffee was excellent.

2 slices of seeded, bread, toast. Cooked an egg on a bed of cherry toms & some onion. Had some blackberry jam on the other slice of toast.

A very greasy portion of pan-fried lamb. Did not cook for that long, but the meat almost fell off the bone as I was eating it, YUM!!!!!!!

Same thing most days--bran cereal or oatmeal w/ fruit, usually a banana. Sometimes a piece of whole grain toast.
