Chicken quesadillas, with rice and salsa.

Chinese fast food from my local hole-in-the-wall, which was fried rice with black pepper chicken and barbecued pork. Iced tea to drink.

Chicken breast, potatoes & carrots all cooked in an oven cooking bag (in the oven), a slice of whole wheat challah bread and a glass of water

I made Tuna melts with a cucumber and tomato (both from the garden!) salad on the side for my SO-
I had a flour tortilla with egg- steak -onion scramble left over from breakfast, with a dollop of sour cream and a scoop of the cucumber salad inside, not bad!

Heading out with friends today for Greek food. Probably get a gyro.

A mixture of leftover cooked potatoes & carrots together with fresh avocado, 2 hard boiled eggs, light mayonnaise & seasoned salt, 2 slices of whole wheat challah/bread and a glass & half of water
