I used Italian tuna to make tuna salad, put it in a whole wheat tortilla, and topped with Colby sharp. Microwaved for 45 seconds to melt the cheese. It was delicious.

It's a LATE lunch, but it'll be a lunch - a couple slices of toasted rye bread with a metric boat load of butter on them. The butter is softening which is why I can't make them yet. It mooshes the toast up too much if I don't wait for the butter to soften. It's one of those trade offs - I won't use a "spread", so I have to wait.
