Hubby is on a keto diet, so I am eating loads of veg. I had leftover kabocha squash & some beans, so I mashed them together, added oats & an egg, to make myself a veggie burger. Added more garlic too, had it on wheat bread with salad, yum yum.

My older son, who's sick in bed with a cold, and I are having tuna sandwiches, carrot sticks, and tangerines. For dessert, some homemade banana-chocolate-almond squares that have no sugar in them, except for the few mini chocolate chips I add.

My kids love my tuna salad: Italian tuna (in olive oil, not water); a small amount of mayo/dressing; fresh, diced celery; a little sea salt; and the juice of one half lemon.

Do you like their fries? As fast food places go, I like Chick-Fil-A, but not their fries. This might be an unpopular thing to say, but, out of all the major fast food chains, I still think McDonald's fries are the best.

Didn’t eat breakfast and ate supper about 6 last night. Had sliced pork and burnt ends, tomato and cucumber salad, and Brunswick stew.
