Today I am trying to eat better, so I have quinoa, with a lemon rice wined and olive oil dressing, baby spinach, fresh parsley and 1/2 a chicken breast. It is delicious. Tomorrow will be a repeat, then Wednesday will be a fried rice with shrimp bowl.
