We have all been "down" with a cold. Made a pot of soup. So, vegetable soup, some of those Ritz thin chip thinggys & treated myself to a Coke, hoping for a little pick-me-up.
- 85 g of pasta with EVO oil and bottarga powder
- mixed salad (rocket, cherry tomatoes, Tropea onion, carrot) with 60 g of tuna, salt, balsamic vinegar, EVO oil
- 35 g of bread
- two kiwifruits
- 20 g of dark chocolate
- coffee with a dash of milk.
Total: 1000 calories (about two fifths of my daily intake)
Turkey burgers (seasoned Kroger brand better than the name brand) with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard. Goldfish crackers on the side.
