New Indian restaurant in Asheville I haven't tried.

Buffet. Basmati covered in hot Vindaloo sauce. Smaller portion of basmati with mixed veg curry. Four spinach/onion pakoras. Chili Chicken. Some chickpea salad and a couple pieces of naan.

Seconds was more basmati with chicken tikka.

I made something else for today. I made cauliflower crust pizza. And a salad. I had the crust from Trader Joe's, two small crusts. I put on one pesto, then mushrooms, green onion, olives, oregano, and parmesan cheese. And on the other crust I put tomato sauce and then the same toppings.

It was pretty good. I ate from both of them. Plus the salad.

I made for my husband 3 spreads and almond bread. One spread I made yesterday evening.

1 - sardines spread: mix 3 cans of sardines in water (without the water) with green onion, dried dill, a little salt and avocado mayo. Done!

2 - cheese spread: mix feta cheese with a small Greek yogurt, one teaspoon of pesto, 1/4 of red pepper (cut small). Done!

3 - guacamole: a big avocado, a few small tomatoes, green onion, salt, dried dill. Cut small and mix all. Done!

Almond bread: 2 cups of almond flour, 2 eggs, a little warm water. Add some onion powder, dried dill, salt, poppy seeds, sesame seeds. Mix, spread like a pitta on a sheet of parchment paper and put it in the oven at 375 F for 15 min maximum. Done!
