My company had lunch catered to us today and we have Stone Fire Grill BBQ. I had some barbecued chicken breast, beef tri-tip, garlic mashed potatoes and a slice of cheesecake with blueberries on top. Diet Pepsi to drink.

I'll probably get a 6-inch veggie sub on wheat with unsweetened iced tea.

Not 100% sure - we're leaving the house as soon as the stupid garbage man comes - all the bags are blocking my driveway and the critter is HOURS late! If we don't stop while we're out, then I'll come home, cut some vegetables up and have a plate of green peppers, carrots and grape tomatoes with dill dip. We really want to stop though - the only problem is that the high school kids will be clogging up every fast food place in town. Two big high schools in the this town, and both VERY convenient to every fast food place we want to go! BAH!!!!!!!!!

Yay - got out of the house! Have a new garbage man, though. That's why he was late - first time on this route. He's nice, though - so that's good.

Anyway, lunch rush was over so we stopped at the Dawg House (Hot Dogs, Italian Beef, etc. - that kind of place). Husband got a Chicago Hot Dog and a Large Fries, I got a Polish, heavy on the yellow mustard, with raw onion. And I ate some of husband's fries.

Considering what we got, this place is one HECK of a deal!!! It's new, but it's now on our regular rotation!

I just cooked two cast iron pans of Texas cornbread with chopped green Jalapenos. That was my lunch and it was delicious!
