Caprese salad with extra lettuce. Usually I'm not a big basil fan, but I was in whole foods yesterday and they had lovely fresh mozzarella, strategically placed next to these beautiful and tomatoes and fresh basil. So I made some version of light pesto sauce, mostly basil, parsley, vinegar and a handful of cashew. Layered lettuce, tri color tomatoes, cheese and sauce. Great lunch.

I grabbed a quick Fish Sandwich from McDonald's. All I could taste all afternoon was salt. Yuck.
