A cup of lentils, a cup of green split peas, a cup of brown rice, seasoned with cumino, consumed with water. Easy to make and cook up in the microwave and not bland, either.
Filling without too much extra.....I think. About 1100 calories, if I eat it all but I probably won't, have the 2nd half later.

Right now, the pantry and cooking capability of the new house is adequate but hardly lends itself to go extravagant.

Fish tortillas:

Half an avocado, garlic, paprika, feta cheese, soft tortillas, and tuna fish. Taken with my day's ration, 250 ml, of a Cabernet Sauvignon, Pacific Bay of Chile.
