It is definitely more tasty than my raw vegetable plate with a plain yogurt dip and a glass of sour lemon water...care to trade roosty?

2 slices of sprouted whole grain toast, each with a spoonful of natural peanut butter spread on them. And, a few cups of raw cauliflower and broccoli with some home made ranch. And a sparkling water!

I brought in my leftover roasted veggies from last night, too...but then remembered it is buffalo sauce roasted cauliflower. And stinks (wonderfully, to my nose!) to high heaven...so decided to save the stink for home and went with raw veg, instead.

Leftovers: refried beans, and kidney beans cooked with pieces of pork loin. I topped that off with rice, Cheddar cheese and sliced green onions. It really hit the spot.
