Costco rotiss chicken some asparagus and broccoli and parsley mixed with alittle olive oil / butter and about 10 min tossing in a pan and BINGO - instant healthy quick hot lunch
One and half sandwiches made with high fiber/protein bread with white albacore tuna mixed with light mayonnaise & pickle slices as well as a glass of water
