I made a 1/2 doz. Pickled eggs with beets and onions last night.
Had one with two slices of buttered rye bread for lunch today with a glass of store bought Iced Tea.

it was breakfast too- Costco samples- a bite of: beef jerky, Oberto's beef sausage, date nut bread, their gluten free pancake mix (a mini pancake), one cracker with salmon and cream cheese, and a vit C chewy and 2 kinds of their immune booster supplement (one was a chew, one was a sip of fluids)....
