I confess. I went to the foodcourt at a downtown mall.

Had Chinese Bourbon Chicken, mixed vegetables with lots of noodles.

Junky Canadian style Chinese food...every so often you got to feed the craving.

Sometimes greasy fast food is SO satisfying. Then the guilt hits....I think I'll go have an apple now.
