pork butts on sale for .89lb I stocked up

put a 5lb roast in the instapot pressure cooker..

for pulled pork will mix with sugar free bbq sauce and low carb salsa..

coffee - from my ninja coffee maker my son got me for xmas…
ill froth up some half & half and sugar free vanilla creamer with some baileys

Went to lunch at a local chain. 110 Grill, Modern American Cuisine in a Trendy Casual Atmosphere
I have heard good things so I decided to give them a shot. I had fish and chips. Shrug, it was ok. Better then say an Applebees or Chili's but nothing special. Oh well!

One pound of chicken-livers cooked in a pot with a little water. Very tasty, the broth is rich and excellent if you only put enough water in to cover the livers.
