Heading out to our favorite Vietnamese restaurant for a bowl of beef brisket pho and spring rolls.

I went to Pick Up Stix and picked up (pun intended ) a House Special Chicken combo lunch with steamed rice and cream cheese won tons.

Vegetarian Indian buffet, including various breads, rice, and samosas.

A burrito with rice, refried beans, cheese & pico de gallo salsa. Tortilla chips and salsa verde on the side.

A different take on a taco. Instead of a shell, my hostess used zucchini halves (kind of like a boat). Inside was the taco meat with black beans and kernel corn and then the veggies and cheese. Different but good.
